IEEE Computer Society Announces 2025 Class of Fellows
Today the IEEE Computer Society (IEEE CS) announced that 53 IEEE CS members and 14 IEEE members evaluated by the IEEE CS Fellow Evaluation Committee will be elevated to IEEE Fellow grade in 2025. The grade of IEEE Fellow recognizes exceptional distinction in the engineering profession.
The IEEE Board of Directors elevated Larry Smarr to the 2025 Fellow status for contributions to supercomputing and metacomputer cyberinfrastructure.
